Owners Liz and David had a fascinating family story of the journey from Cuba to North Georgia by way of Puerto Rico and Florida

“People often asked if our food was authentic. Sometimes I had time to explain, but more often I was too busy to visit with customers.” Stopping by on an especially busy day, a food blogger was unable to talk to the owners. In her review she raved about the food and noted “the owners are from somewhere else.”  Hardly what one wants.

David and Liz are now pleased with their large display which has been installed in both locations. “People find the sign fascinating.” When the restaurant is full, and the owners rushed their story is still available to all who visit. Moreover, the display showcases the authenticity of the menu
